you will need a pot in cast iron
wash it under hot water
drean it clean as to make sure the Beast is confortable
put the pot on the kitchen counter and turn around
close your eyes and count upt to 20!!!!

miracle of miracles... your "baby girl" will have comply and her 2.2kg will rest happily in the pot!!!
Add a pinch of good humour,
and a lot of kisses (the more the better)
oh yes a large glass of happiness is needed (pretty rare nowday and quite expensif really)

stur the lot gently to make sure that every ingredient bland nicely
serve it at room temperture and don't forget to cover it with a thick gravy a caress

the more you eat it the better it is for your health..... the best diet I ever tried!!!
