There are 5 main Egyptian Mau clubs :

The Egyptian Mau Club, http://www.egyptianmaus.co.uk, The BritishMau club (GCCF)

There is no FIFe Mau club

Within these clubs, you can find nearly all Mau breedrs in the world.
